Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Description

This cottage cheese flatbread is soft, high in protein, and perfect for low-carb, gluten-free diets. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s great for wraps, pizzas, or healthy snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup oat flour or almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Optional: garlic, herbs, sesame seeds


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a tray with parchment.

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

  • Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

  • Pour into rounds on tray.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden.
