Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/4 cup oat flour or almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: garlic, herbs, sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a tray with parchment.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into rounds on tray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden.
