- 3 large eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Parchment paper (for baking)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg yolks and whites into two bowls.
- Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In the bowl with the yolks, mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
- Spoon blobs of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them as desired.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden, and let cool before serving.
Notes
Cloud bread is best enjoyed fresh but can be toasted the next day.
