Instructions
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a sealed container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, let it sit out for a few minutes or microwave for a few seconds to soften if needed.
- Scoop and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
