1 cup cottage cheese (blended)
1 ½ cup flour (or almond/oat flour)
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Optional toppings: seeds, shredded cheese, herbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form soft dough.
Shape into 6 bagels and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
Brush with egg wash, add toppings.
Bake for 20–25 minutes. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
