Cottage Cheese Bagels Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (blended)

  • 1 ½ cup flour (or almond/oat flour)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Optional toppings: seeds, shredded cheese, herbs


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form soft dough.

  • Shape into 6 bagels and place on a parchment-lined sheet.

  • Brush with egg wash, add toppings.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
