Light, fluffy, and gluten free, this cloud bread is an easy, healthy alternative to traditional bread with only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
4 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate egg whites from yolks carefully.
3. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar to stiff peaks.
4. Blend yolks, cream cheese, and salt until smooth.
5. Gently fold yolk mixture into whipped egg whites.
6. Spoon batter into small rounds on baking sheet.
7. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
8. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Be careful when folding to keep batter fluffy.
Store in fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
