Description
A tangy, floral summer drink made with dried hibiscus petals and fresh lemon juice.
Ingredients
Scale
½ cup dried hibiscus petals
¾ cup lemon juice
½ cup sweetener (adjust to taste)
7 cups filtered water
Instructions
Boil 4 cups of water and steep hibiscus petals for 10 mins
Strain and cool
Mix with lemon juice, sweetener, and remaining water
Chill and serve over ice
