Description
This 5-ingredient keto cookie dough is the ultimate no-bake, low-carb dessert! Made with almond flour, keto sweetener, butter (or coconut oil), vanilla, and sugar-free chocolate chips, it’s safe to eat raw, incredibly easy to make, and totally satisfying.
Ingredients
1 cup blanched almond flour
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened) or refined coconut oil for dairy-free
3 tablespoons keto sweetener (Swerve or monk fruit erythritol blend)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips (like Lily’s or ChocZero)
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, cream the softened butter (or coconut oil) with the sweetener until smooth and fluffy.
Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
Gradually mix in the almond flour until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a splash of almond milk or a teaspoon of melted butter.
Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes for a firmer bite.
Notes
For a vegan version, use coconut oil and dairy-free chocolate chips.
Great as a quick dessert, fat bomb, or spoonable snack for meal prep.
