Ingredients
1 cup Millville Protein Pancake Mix
3/4 cup water or milk (adjust for desired batter consistency)
Optional: 1/2 cup blueberries, sliced bananas, or chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine Millville Protein Pancake Mix and water or milk. Stir gently until smooth; avoid overmixing.
Let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes.
Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings like syrup, fresh fruit, or nut butter.
