Ingredients
🥤 ½ cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened – rich in natural melatonin)
💧 ½ cup sparkling water (or plain water)
🧂 1 tsp magnesium powder (glycinate or citrate form preferred)
🍋 Optional: 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
🍯 Optional: ½ tsp honey or maple syrup (if you prefer it sweet)
Instructions
Add cherry juice to a glass or mason jar.
Stir in magnesium powder until fully dissolved.
Add sparkling water (watch for fizz!) and stir gently.
Add lemon juice and honey if using.
Add ice cubes, stir again, and sip 1–2 hours before bed.
