Ingredients

  • 🥤 ½ cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened – rich in natural melatonin)

  • 💧 ½ cup sparkling water (or plain water)

  • 🧂 1 tsp magnesium powder (glycinate or citrate form preferred)

  • 🍋 Optional: 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
