Watermelon Detox Drink Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon (cubed)

  • ½ cup cucumber (sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 46 mint leaves

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water

  • Ice cubes (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Add watermelon, cucumber, lemon juice, and mint to a blender.

  2. Pour in water and blend until smooth.

  3. Optional: Stir in chia seeds after blending for extra fiber.

  4. Strain the juice if desired and pour over ice.

  5. Serve immediately, garnished with mint or lemon slices.

Notes

  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
