Ingredients

2 cups fresh watermelon (cubed)
½ cup cucumber (sliced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4–6 mint leaves
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
1 cup cold water or coconut water
Ice cubes (to taste)
Instructions
Add watermelon, cucumber, lemon juice, and mint to a blender.
Pour in water and blend until smooth.
Optional: Stir in chia seeds after blending for extra fiber.
Strain the juice if desired and pour over ice.
Serve immediately, garnished with mint or lemon slices.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
Great as a morning detox, post-workout refresher, or mid-day energy boost.
Customize with ginger, basil, or a dash of cayenne for added flavor and function.
